Cardano launches Glacier airdrop portal for NIGHT tokens

The Cardano ecosystem team has launched the Glacier airdrop claim portal, marking the first phase of the Midnight (NIGHT) token distribution, The Crypto Basic reported. Eligible addresses across eight major blockchains, including XRP Ledger, Cardano, Solana, Bitcoin, BNB, Ethereum, Basic Attention Token and Avalanche, can now claim their free NIGHT tokens. The Glacier airdrop phase will last 60 days, followed by the Scavenger Mine phase, where users can complete tasks to claim unclaimed tokens. ADA holders will receive the largest share, with 50% of the total NIGHT supply (12 billion tokens) allocated to them. The remaining tokens are distributed among other networks, with 20% going to Bitcoin holders and the rest split among other supported blockchains.
