네덜란드 암호화폐 서비스 제공 업체 AMDAX가 비트코인 비축을 위한 별도 법인 AMBTS BV를 설립한다고 밝혔다. AMBTS BV는 비트코인 공급량의 1%인 약 21만 BTC를 매집하는 것이 목표다. AMDAX는 곧 AMBTS BV에 대한 투자 유치 작업에 들어가며 향후 기업공개(IPO)를 통해 유로넥스트 암스테르담에 상장시킬 예정이라고 설명했다. 앞서 AMDAX는 지난 2020년 암호화폐 서비스 제공업체 가운데 최초로 네덜란드 중앙은행(DNB)에 등록한 바 있다.

Dutch cryptocurrency service provider AMDAX announced the establishment of a separate entity, AMBTS BV, for Bitcoin reserves. AMBTS BV aims to accumulate approximately 210,000 BTC, which is 1% of the Bitcoin supply. AMDAX stated that it will soon begin fundraising for AMBTS BV and plans to list the company on Euronext Amsterdam through an initial public offering (IPO) in the future. Previously, AMDAX was the first cryptocurrency service provider to register with the Dutch Central Bank (DNB) in 2020.
